Myself and several of my alliance mates have noticed that the mentat calcs have been off lately.  The calcs are running in favor of the player when against NPCs.  No harm except that I would use send fewer ships thus saving hydro.

Anyone noticing this?

I just started Warp 14 and with a full ArcNet and a scientist the time is about 2 months.  A mate has been researching Warp 15 for over two months.

Short of stripping a planet to have a research lab at level 99, would could BFG do to help the advanced players with those longer research times.  Yes, basic androids and lab droids are in place...

I too have seen several player near me that have all their stats, save DSP, well into the 1900 range.  Their DSP is in the top 100.  These players are (N) to me.

No, YNC, you have not ruined the game. 

When I have the time to plan and monitor an attack against PvP targets, I would much rather do that.  That being said, I can launch on NPCs while at work and then catch my ships returning during lunch.

It is kind of frustrating to see a player's stats all near 1900 range save their DSP which is top 100.  That makes them just outside of my attack range.

I think that BFG ought to award DSP based on the player's contribution to the attack, just like Jack posted above.

The only reason one might have to research FTL after level 9 might to up one's completed research or spend res on useless pursuits. 

What if one had a higher FTL level and could choose fleet speeds in intervals of 5% instead of 10%.  What if even higher levels could choose intervals of 1%?

That would enable one to have a reason to research FTL to higher levels and it would make timing a prey's FRS all the more challenging!

If Facebook can get away with taking all rights to a posting, why can't BFG?  I say why not open up a contest and let folks have a vote.  BFG can advance only those images they find suitable to the vote.

For whatever reasons, the number players tend to remain low, somewhere between 3500 to 4500 (based on the cadets planets that I see).

Besides word of mouth from the long-term players, what can be done to boost the number players in SDE.  I have fears of the Great Compression that hit the other games and wreaked havoc for months as the debris settled and players walked away.

I've seen a screen shot by an alliance mate and there are some sort of ranking numbers present on his galaxy screen.  I have checked in several different G's and I can see no rankings.  We both have Open Parser running and I have a version of Bang! running too.

Morning, why the continuous rant?  Move on.  You and Nappy will never exchange Valentine cards.  Except and move on.  RE and HF will never exchange gifts at a Christmas party.  Except and move on.

Now then, posting in a forum that someone is running illegal scripts is a whole new level.  Some folks have an open browser on their phone and check very often.  I do that too.  If you really suspect fowl play, as in violating a BFG rule, then submit a ticket; otherwise, just accept the fact that some people are better gamers that others.
