While it's been a fun time playing the game with all of you guys I am unable to keep playing this game with my schedule and my demands in other parts of my life.

I have had the fun of playing my original Locutus account from 2014 or so to rank 7, dethroning VerminKiller and multiple wars with Heroes.

I got this account with pretty much no fleet at rank 80 and got it down to where it is now.

I sadly just can't afford the time and money with the little to no time I have to play this game.

To anyone that grabs my userscripts, I will keep hosting them as long as I am able on my site. It is my contribution to the BFG community.

These scripts are located @ http://bfg.kcnetworks.biz

Special thanks to Elric for all the fun 4AM triple titan attacks back in the day.  They were lots of fun.

With this, I shall retire all my fleets.

Well, I can't speak for the entire group, but I don't consider myself as having a big mouth.  Maybe some of the other do.  I'm lucky to get much time in the game right now cause of 1.5 jobs I'm doing (1 paid and the rest is stuff for friends).

I used to play on my homegrown account back in the day before Elric was even in D12.  I think it was around 2012 or so when I had the old Locutus account.  I ran it from like rank 1400 up to rank 7 when I quit. The account I have now was around rank 80 or so when I got it.  The only thing I had was research points as pretty much there was a non-existent fleet.

I don't ask for res from people.  I usually do trades for hydro.  The rest I get on my own. Me and Maduke had a couple of conversations about that a while back. I am pretty sure I have seen other people that have gotten res drops but like I say, I like to earn my own weight.  I've actually given a few quint of my res to help others and even some that aren't in my alliance.

Anyways, I hope you have a good night, I am trying to progress my userscript a bit more.  Also, I know you're pretty high rank, just curious if sep is a normal amount for you?  I need someone that has that large amount of res to see if my updated res bar supports sep figures.  If you're interested in testing it out (which is still a wip) let me know.

Sorry for the lack of updates, the project was somewhat put on a hold for many reasons.  I also thought I had lost a good chunk of my work which I managed to find saved elsewhere.  I will try to put a public release of the updated mod in the next couple of weeks.  I still have a good bit of editing looking into the code (spacing of buildings page and messages is an example).  None of the need to fix stuff is game breaking currently, just a lot of CSS overwrites that need to be done.

One of the biggest changes from my old current public build to the new build is the resources bar.  I moved it and made it bigger to support septillion res (I think).  Since I am not that rich I don't have a way to verify, but pretty confident.  Here is an example of the new resource bar.

On another note, my post would also reference Starburst in the same manner.  I honestly don't chat much with the alliance other than a few people.  If they trash talked you or something I'm sorry, just ask them to stop or block them if they're a nuisance.

So I got to ask a couple of questions.

1> What did Starburst do to you to gain your resentment towards him?
2> Do you assume everyone in D12 is like that? (cause we aren't)

It's a game, regardless of the fact that he got hit a while ago, trash talking is so 1990...  If you got hit by him, let it go.  I'm sure RIFT or whatever alliance you're in will help you rebuild. Don't try to be the next VerminKiller.  He was an ass and he lost his slot because he did nothing but trash talk every other person in the game that was not in his alliance.  Learn to get along and maybe your apparent anger issues will go away.

Due to some MS Office issues I regretfully reinstalled windows and forgot to backup my work.  It looks like I'll be starting over on this project.  Good news is that I have screenshots of what I had done so far to give me a general idea how to reproduce it.  It's that time again that I can start working on this project again.  Goal is to make it way better than my previous version for anyone playing on a monitor running at a 1920p resolution.  There is a lot of tricks I have learned in the last couple of months I'm going to tr and implement into the new release.  Once I have a stable functioning release, I will post a test version here and on my site.

Stardrift Empires Discussion / Updating Scripts
« on: February 13, 2019, 07:56:20 PM »
Looking for feedback of changes to an existing script.

- Parse Esp Reports

Currently it has the following
• Res Totals (shortened value  xxxxt)
• Ships
• Defenses
• Dios required to harvest

All values are in the form of xxxxxxxxxxxx

Changed I'm using for the moment (testing)

Currently mine has the following:
• Res Totals (full value)
• Dios

All values are in the form of xxx, xxx, xxx, xxx.

Looking for feedback if anyone uses the shps/def on the mod (I found them pretty useless since the dios would indicate if I could get any ships and about how much).

Thanks for your time...

All values are in full format

LOL, when it updates to a newer version you'll be prompted to get it from their site like normal.  Parsing should be working (I tested that part before posting the mod on the site).

Glad you got it figured out.

I'll try to keep them posted as I get them done.  The holidays have slowed me down a bit.  Hopefully I can pick up on it again soon.

Notes:  The new release of this mod will be intended to use with TimeLive w/ Local userscript.

Progress today has been productive.

• I have changed both the "Page Title" banner to absolute positioning and moved it up to the right of the planet UI directly under the res meter.
• Changed sticky notifications from StatScript to be "absolute positioning" which fixed a crap load of problems with spacing since it removed it from the frame.  Moved it under the page banner.
• Fleets Page: Modified timers to work with timelive w/ local script (because I use it)
• Fixed built in notifications and moved them below where the sticky notfications would be. Absolute positioning used to prevent it from moving the page around.
• Fleets page width has been modified, but there is a small amount of overlapping to deal with but only by ~15 px so not a game breaker

Screenshots attached (right click open in new tab to view correctly)

« on: December 17, 2018, 09:32:48 PM »
Function:  Changes the page to work with resolutions above 1600px wide resolutions.

Additional Fixes
- Res totals now go into higher numbers before breaking
- Fleets page: Ships now have a 200px width so ship counts don't get cut off as soon.

Incompatible Userscripts
- AddResTotal does not play nice with hardly any plugins.

Last Updated:  2018/12/17

In the works:
- Complete overhaul
- Code optimization
- Res bar moved and widened to accumulate for septillion res figures.

I will be looking for high end players in the near future that would like to make sure end game figures (ships/res sizes) are in line which what end game people experience.  If you are at all interested please contact me from my site Contact Me page.  I will be looking for feedback and opinions of placements of items within my control.

If you're using Addrestotal, that script does not play nice with hardly any other script.  The timelive (with local) script I'm lusing works fine on my browser.  I would check other scripts, and maybe disable them 1 at a time until you find the one causing your issue.  I specifically made my personal mod compatible with timelive with local (I use it on a daily use).
