on some of my planets i have my O/C/H mine upgrade fab grayed out and "requirements not met" displayed.  even with the appropriate amount of RES in place.

under the stats screen all my planet names have been replaced with my moon names...  my moon stats have been zeroed out.

I tore those down to make room for other buildings, i have plenty of sats and nuc power plants.

I have one planet like your #1!  I bet we can't tear down the capital to 0 and upgrade the foundry either anymore! :)  I am not experiencing anything like your stat page issue.

Wonder what else we will find out has changed in the update. Of course it would be a lot easier if we were told by Customer Relations.
